Welcome to the web site of
the Dantuma Lab.

Our lab is at the department of Cell and Molecular Biology (CMB) of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are studying the role of the ubiquitin/proteasome system in neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Huntington's disease. In addition, we are investigating the role of the ubiquitin/proteasome system in cancer and its potential as a therapeutic target
